Mt Leura Riding Club is holding a week-long ride in the Eastern Grampians, a distance of about 220ks. It will start at Dunkeld on 21st September and finish at Moyston on 28th September.

Camping is at bush camps and on private property, with participants expected to be self sufficient. The area is renowned for its wildflowers in spring and the riding is on gravel or sandy tracks, undulating to hilly, with some stone. Harness vehicles will accompany the riders. 

Peter's Project is a fund raising money for a dedicated cancer treatment centre at Warrnambool Base Hospital which would service southwestern Victoria and southeastern South Australia. The cost of the ride is $130, which includes dinners on on first and last night, entertainment, charity auction, camping fees and donation to the charity. If you want to use a bus after moving forward it is $10 per trip. Participants are encouraged to have their own sponsors.
