    BOOMERANG RANCH WEEKEND

    18 & 19 FEBRUARY 2017
    NOMINATIONS REQUIRED

This popular venue will be our ride destination in February and even though it’s not a long weekend we figure you will have plenty of time for 2 days riding.   Boomerang Ranch has toilets / showers / accommodation / full kitchen facilities available.

Your welcome to arrive Friday to settle in and we’ll be back at camp around 1pm Sunday so plenty of time to get on the road and head home.  Due to space restrictions this ride will be capped at 50 riders – get your nomination in asap.

Accommodation – Dormitory style rooms which accommodate 4 people (some have more).   If you wish to’ Float-it” or you are considering bringing a gooseneck (which we would rather you didn’t due to space) please contact Mark Chircop first so we can ensure you will have access to your vehicle.

Accommodation Cost $35 per head /per night

THIS WILL BE PAYABLE TO THE VENUE SO PLEASE HAVE CORRECT CASH READY FOR PAYMENT – NO EFT AVAILABLE.

Horse Accommodation – Portable yards / communal paddock – no night lines.  Please ensure you make yard sizes moderate so everyone gets a fair space.  You will need to bring your own feed and buckets – manure to be collected and piled at designated drop point.

Saturday Lunch – Ride will be via the dam and the club will be supplying & cooking you a yummy BBQ lunch, you will also have the facility to send your drinks on ice to meet you.

Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements we need to be aware of. If it’s hot you could take your bathers & towel for a swim in the dam.

    Saturday Dinner
    – This will be fun ! - BRING SOMETHING to share !!

It would be nice to share your signature dish, your best effort or even just something you like to make – it doesn’t matter what flavor, nationality, main or dessert…as long as you bring enough to feed at least 2 people so at least you won’t go hungry! And that will see us all enjoying an array of different tastes in deed.  The kitchen will be available to re-heat and add finishing touches but I suggest you have your dish almost complete as it will be busy in there.

    SATURDAY RIDE OUT: 10am

    RETURN: Approx 3pm

LUNCH: BBQ by the dam – supplied (BYO Drinks)

    SUNDAY RIDE OUT: 10am

    RETURN: Approx. 1pm

Ride fee for the club: $5 for the weekend
