Well hello to you all its that time of year again we are holding a great weekend away with family and friends to celebrate a early Christmas.  Friends, partners and kids are welcome.  Santa is happy to make an appearance if we have some kids coming!!!! Don't forget to wear something like Christmas on the Saturday nightie will be lots of fun.LIVE MUSIC.
Arrive Saturday morning, the gates will be open from 9am.....
Sue and John Baillie have kindly offered to host this weekend at their property in Pakenham Upper. There is room for a few in the house and shed. Shared paddocks with space to separate or yard a horse or two if preferred. Good fencing and water on site.
Toilet and shower available.
Saturday:
Ride out at 1pm; Enjoy a 2 hour ride on local roads and pretty bush tracks, the pace will be slow to moderate to suit everyone.
Sat evening:. We will have drinks and nibbles and a BBQ, live music and dancing we will also have a camp fire. Please wear something with some Christmas Cheer!!!!!
If possible we would like all members to bring a plate to share (co-ordinate with Sonya on this so we don’t end up with 15 salads and 3 deserts).
There is a large fridge, and food can be prepared on site. We will provide the BBQ meat...
Sunday: 8am Cooked breakfast of Eggs and Bacon, tea and coffee.
Sunday ride: 9am pack up camp and float to Bunyip, our location is Cannibal Creek, were we will unload and head out at 10am, along the picturesque Bunyip bush tracks, a saddle pack lunch will be needed and we will be back at the floats by 3pm.
Terrain is hilly and horses need to be reasonably fit. Water on the trail is limited – virtually none, so best to have a bit on board your float for return.

Roy Marchinton will be joining us on the Saturday afternoon from 5pm to 6pm demonstrating some expert horsemanship skills.  Roy has his own training stables in Nar Nar Goon North.  Fence sitting only.  If you would like you can check him out on http:/www.roymarchinton.com.au

Also if you would like maybe in the future we can book a day clinic in with Roy for our Trail Club Members.

Costs:
Members: Cost for this weekend is $30 per person
Non ATHRA members: $30(plus the ATHRA daily ride fee of $30 = $60 if riding both
days.
