Goulburn River High Country Rail Trail Update 12th April 2012   Good evening all,   Last night a few of us attended the Mitchell Shire Council Meeting where they did a response to the petition and the councillors voted on horse access with the GRHCRT.   I am very happy to announce that the vote was unanimous with the councillors to not prohibit horses on the trail.   This is wonderful news.   It was a long haul for everyone that supported the cause whether it be building a website and handing out hard copies of the petition, attending council meetings, riding...
